TRAINING & INTEGRATION

Our training schools help you rediscover the passion for your career and develop your skills.

Thierry Marx does not see cooking as an end in itself, but as a powerful tool for empowerment and inclusion. His training schools embody a coherent and committed vision, making training a lever for equal opportunities, creating concrete pathways to employment, and placing excellence at the heart of a genuine social project.

Today, it is established in France across 10 sites.

The concept: training in cooking, baking, and restaurant service aimed at people far removed from the job market. The program lasts 8 weeks, culminating in a training certificate and job placement support. And it works! Since 2012, nearly 90% of trainees who have completed our programs have found or returned to employment.

Pass'Sport pour l'Emploi, an association under the 1901 law, was born in 2017 from the desire of two enthusiasts, convinced of the mobilization through sport as a lever for social inclusion, a vector of health, well-being and employability.
