Chef Thierry Marx regularly collaborates with partners to create unique products, concepts, and experiences. His collaborations extend beyond restaurants, such as when he designed dishes and desserts for SNCF's TGV InOui high-speed trains, a short TV program called "My Recipe for Happiness," and a gourmet dinner on the RER commuter train with Badoit.
